UK Sport's Guide
to major events

UK Sport has been particularly active in recent years in devising strategies for attracting and supporting international sporting events.

In 2003 they produced a comprehensive organisers' manual, Major Sports Events: The Guide. It is full of useful information for those contemplating bidding for, staging or seeking support for a major sporting event.
